Refund & Cancellation Policy

Indian Book of Records reserves the rights to extend or to cancel, discontinue or terminate any record category at any time or attempt or reject any entry at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. All disputes shall be subjected to exclusive jurisdiction of courts. All entries will be treated as the property of ’Indian Book of Records’. In the event of errors in the publication or on the website the sole responsibility of Indian Book of Records will be to correct such errors in succeeding editions of the publication. Such correction is in lieu of any other remedy.Indian Book of Records expressly disclaims all other liability for loss or incidental or consequential damage whether arising from negligence, contract, or other cause to any party for errors in publishing.

Refund and Cancellation Policy on Premium Track Service:

The applicant can choose to cancel the Premium Track Services at any time before the event occurrence but the fee paid for the specific services by the applicant will not be refunded under any circumstances. Incase after the record attempt is made and the IBRS Team is not satisfied on the activity for various other policy reasons and the record is not approved by the Records Management Team, the amount paid for the Premium Track Service of such application will not be refunded. Fees Once paid for Premium Track Service will not be Refunded at any circumstances for any reasons whatsoever manner it may be.

The Resolution and Refund Policy on Adjudication Service

The applicant can choose to cancel the arbitration services at any time before the event occurrence but the fee paid for the adjudication services by the applicant will not be refunded under any circumstances. Any postponement of the event date mentioned in the application for adjudication should be informed 30 days prior to the event else Indian Book of Records will not reschedule the Adjudication dates and the amount paid for Adjudication will not be refunded.

Factors outside our Control:

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For instance, the government may reject a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of Indian Book of Records. In some cases, a government backlog or problems with the government platforms (e.g. Book Publishing website) can lead to long delays before your process is complete. Similarly, Indian Book of Records does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our Associates on nearest. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for refund. Hence, delay in processing of your certificate by the Government cannot be a reason for refund.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Certificate Provided by IBRS:

The fee paid for the certification cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. Indian Book of Records will issue or post the certificates as per the details provided in the application by the applicant. In case of any damage or corrections occurred due to the negligence from the part of Indian Book of Records, then a fresh certificate will be resent to the applicant. In case of damage or corrections occurred due to the negligence from the part of the applicant, then Indian Book of Records will not be liable for the mistakes and the applicant will have to pay again if the applicant requires another copy of the certificate.
